LAMDA Lessons and Exams
develop your acting ability
What are LAMDA Exams?
LAMDA Exams are graded, public examinations that aim to provide young and developing actors and actresses with qualifications to work towards for all levels of ability. LAMDA exams are the speech and drama equivalent to music grades, and are similarly worked up from grade 1 to grade 8.
LAMDA Exams cover a large array of disciplines within the realm of speech and drama, from Musical Theatre to Public Speaking. You can find out about all the LAMDA exams on offer here.
Are LAMDA Classes worth it?
LAMDA classes provide students with much more than a qualification. They are a great way of developing confidence, giving yourself a measurable performance goal, as well as developing several transferable skills for everyday life.
For those interested in Duo or Group tuition, LAMDA classes can also be a really fun social activity whilst further developing skills in teamwork, communication, and group awareness.
