Denmead Brass is a traditional brass band, and winner of the Wessex Brass Band Association Winter Festival Contest, (1st Section and Training Section), held at Weymouth in December 2007.  The Waterlooville Music Festival takes place at St George's Church during the second week of June each year. The Festival is now into its third year, and is firmly established as one of the leading cultural and musical events in East Hampshire.
