Zoë's little sister, Jodie, was born four and a half years ago with Down's syndrome and three holes in her heart. The bond between the two girls was strong from the very start and it was Jodie who inspired Zoë to use her natural talent of singing to raise money for charity.

After singing at the Down's Syndrome Association's Christmas Carol Concert Zoë decided that she wanted to make a CD to raise money for the charity that champions the rights of people with Down's syndrome.

Sadly, on 2 March 2005 Jodie died after undergoing major heart surgery. Zoë was more determined than ever to carry on with her planned album turning it into a tribute to Jodie. Zoë worked hard to ensure that the album was a success and that vital funds and awareness are raised for people with Down's Syndrome all over the UK.

The CD was released on 6th June 2005 as part of the National Downs Syndrome Awareness Week.
